Terms & Conditions

It is a condition of occupying the apartment that neither the owner of the apartment, or us as the Managers are responsible or liable for any damage or loss to any of your property. For your security, please ensure your apartment doors are locked. 


We have a strict “No Party or Excessive Noise Policy’ at Blue Lagoon Resort 


Strictly no pets allowed as per Body corporate by-laws


Please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition Please wash all dishes and put away. Please place rubbish in bins provided in the common area. We do charge excess cleaning fees.


I agree that the Blue Lagoon may charge my credit card for any extra guests, extra cleaning (inc removal of rubbish), breakages, and/or damage, or any unpaid room charges if required.


Sorry no refunds are offered for an early departure. 


Replacement cost of lost apartment keys is $100.00 per key.  


A call out fee of $75 will apply from 9pm - 6am for guest requiring assistance with lock outs.
